pour assurer votre participation active, veuillez se préparer:
- S’inscrire au blog du projet http://
inclusivegrowthandemployabilit y.blogspot.fr/ - Identifier les défis et problèmes auxquels font face les jeunes défavorisés en termes d’emploi dans votre pays
- Identifier les différents outils pour la valorisation et reconnaissance des acquis de l’expérience dans votre pays
- Faire des recherches et collecter des supports pédagogiques et études de cas et exemples de bonnes pratiques dans votre contexte local liés à la croissance inclusive et l’employabilité des jeunes défavorisés; vous aurez l’occasion de présenter le résultats de vos recherches aux autres participants lors de l’Espace dynamique d’échange de bonnes pratiques et d’expériences.
- Réfléchir à une idée de projet à développer durant la formation.
- Pour la soirée interculturelle : Préparer une présentation de votre pays et/ou région selon votre propre créativité et innovation (pas de présentation Powerpoint, s’il vous plaît !) et Ramener quelques spécialités culinaires pour la soirée interculturelle afin de faire découvrir votre culture par l’art de la table ! (sans cuisson : gâteaux sucrés ou salés, boissons, fromages, friandises, etc.)
- Soyez prêt à présenter votre organisation d'envoi (apportez brochures, dépliants, affiches ...)
- Prendre votre bonne humeur et « energisers » !

in order to ensure your active participation, please prepare for the training course in the following ways:
- Join the blog http://
inclusivegrowthandemployabilit y.blogspot.fr/ - Identify the challenges and problems that disadvantaged youth is facing in terms of employability in your country
- Identify the different tools for valorisation and acknowledgment of acquired skills and experience in your country
- Conduct research and collect teaching materials and/or case studies from examples of good practices linked to the inclusive growth and employability of disadvantaged youth in your local context; you will have the opportunity to present your results of your research to the other participants during the session “Dynamic space of exchange of good practices and experiences”.
- Think of a project idea to develop during the training course.
- For the intercultural evening: Prepare a presentation of your country and/or region by using your creation and innovation (no PowerPoint presentations, please!) and bring some culinary specialities for the intercultural evening to present your culture through the art of food! (Without cooking: sweet or savoury cakes, beverages, cheese, candy etc.).
- Be prepared to present your sending organisation (bring brochures, leaflets, posters…).
- Bring your good mood and "energizers"!
