Nous allons vous accueillir pour la formation « Croissance inclusive et employabilité des jeunes ayant moins d’opportunité » organisée dans le cadre du Programme Européen Erasmus+ soutenu par la Commission Européenne.
Au cours des différentes sessions, vous aurez l'occasion d'acquérir des aptitudes, attitudes et savoirs vous permettant la création et mise en place de projets dans leurs réalités locales ainsi qu’au niveau International, permettant entre autre d'optimiser l'employabilité et la croissance inclusive des jeunes ayant moins d'opportunités. Pour cela, des méthodes d’éducation non formelle seront utilisées tout au long du programme, afin de créer des espaces d’échange et d’apprentissage, tout en maintenant un climat de respect des uns envers les autres. La sensibilisation au thème abordé sera facilité par des discussions avec des experts et des présentations de bonnes pratiques, amenant ainsi les participants à élaborer, en fin de projet, des recommandations au niveau individuel et collectif pour le développement de nouveaux partenariats et projets multilatéraux de qualité et durable.

We welcome you to the training course “Inclusive growth and employability of young people with fewer opportunities” organised within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme co-funded by the European Union.
During the various sessions, you will have the opportunity to gain skills, attitudes and knowledge that allow you to create and implement projects on a local, as well as an international level, allowing others to improve within employability and inclusive growth of young people with fewer opportunities. For this, methods of non-formal education are used throughout the entire program, to create a space for exchange and learning, while maintaining a climate of respect for each other. Awareness of the theme will be facilitated through discussions with experts and presentations of well-functioning practices, thereby allowing the participants to develop, by the end of the project, recommendations on an individual and collective level to generate new partnerships and high-quality and sustainable multilateral projects.
