Getting a New Youthpass




#day10 | Today is the last day. Finally we fulfil our Youthpasses, we identified our competences and skilled acquired during this long and intense experience.
We had workshop on writing articles for our local media in order to spread the results and the methodologies adopted during this Training.

Our final evaluation: it was an hard timetable but finally, exhausted, we come back home richer in terms of skills, knowledge, partnership, projects and of course, friends!

Workshop on Dissemination Strategy and Impacts




#day9 | New projects under the sun! It was an hard day, we worked on dissemination strategies and on our NFE education projects on youth employability and we present the results each other through very creative ways.

Training courses, seminars, EVS, Youth Exchanges… we strengthen our partnership and we plan to apply for different Erasmus+ call next deadline.

Visit: Le Petit Gourmand in Cronembourg



#day8 | What are the good practices of labor inclusion in France? What is a "Chantier d'insertion"? Who is working for youth employability, especially for youngsters with fewer opportunities coming from disadvataged suburbs area?

These are some of question of the interesting presentation of the labor inclusion project "le Petit Gourmand" in Cronembourg, Strasbourg.

That's a great example! Thanks for hosting us that morning.

Safari Photo in Strasbourg



#day7 | It was a great morning meeting Mr. Landowski who shared with us the experience of "Café Emploi" Project.

The afternoon has been dedicated to the "Safari Photo" : an excellent occasion to discover the city of Strasbourg, its European institution and its citizens.

We interacted with local population asking about "inclusive growth" "Europe2020" and much more!

From the Idea to Action




#day6| After an interesting presentation of Erasmus+ and its youth actions, we organized sub-groups to put in practice a NFE Project.

We are 13 groups, we feel like a laboratory of ideas, and each one of us feel involved deeply in this activity.

The Phases of a NFE Project



#day5 | What are the phases of NFE Project? How to decline all the steps to put it in action? What the key words? We had several workshops on the topic and we developped some projects ideas in order to build new partnerships on new topics to enhace youngs with fewer opportunities skills.

We had a debrief on "attitudes"; "aptitudes" and "knowledge" for being a good youth worker.

Finally, at the end of the day, we had the mid-term project evaluation.

We fell tired, but we have lot of enthusiase to keep on going!

Employability for Youngsters with Fewer Opportunity : Erasmus + for youth




#day4 | We had the presentation of the new Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission. The morning worshop was lead by Mr. Cristophe Taquard, the regional counsellor of Youth Programmes in Alsace Region (photo). We discussed and we had the opportunity to share experiences and practices.

Finally in the morning we got a defrieng in small groups and we compared our local context and the national and regonal policies we had concerning youth and employability.

The afternoon session was full of energy and participation, we had a traning about interviews and body language.

Extraordinary day in Strasbourg!!!

Workshop on e-tools


#day3 | It was an intense day! We had so many workshops and we worked with theorical and practical e-tools for the improvement of the skills of the young people with fewer opportunities.

We explored the tools of the e-journalism as an expression of active citizenship; we discovered the potential of the e-distance learning in terms of improving knowledge; the intercultural approach and the artistic methods as tools for developing soft skills.

Moreover, we decided to build an action plan to spread and transfer what we have learned in these two days in our context, in our community, for our youngsters.

Getting to know each other




#day2 | We spent our morning getting to know each other, we are so many! So many names! Each one of us comes from different background and different communities. Now we have a common goal. It will be amazing sharing our practices as youth leaders, youth workers, facilitators and trainers.

We closed the morning session talking about our expectations, fears and contributions.
We look forward to getting a lot from this ten day training course.

Welcome Europe in Strasbourg!




#day1 | Just arrived! We welcome all the European participants from Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, UK, Portugal, Spain... in Strasbourg, France!
These days the training will take at the FEC in the heart of the city.

We will share our experiences, knowledge and methodologies, in order to think and put in action new imputs to boost employability and giving a chance to the youngsters with fewer opportunities.

We got to know each other in a informal way, we had dinner together and a little welcome party. Let's start!!!
